Musical MainStage is excited to usher in the holiday season with Paul Helm at the piano, where he will be joined by three of the area’s finest performers—Cynthia Cobb, Parrish Collier, and Ellen Winters Reynolds—offering up songs both traditional and not-so-much. The family-friendly concert will also feature Rising Star Haley Griffin, Tim Karth on drums, and the team of Susan Loveridge & Bob Hirschi providing play-by-play. Here’s a look at our cast.

PAUL HELM has performed, directed, and music directed with the Milwaukee Repertory Theater, Fireside Dinner Theatre, First Stage Children’s Theater, UWM, Marquette University, Marcus Center for the Performing Arts, Skylight Music Theatre, Florentine Opera Company, American Folklore Theatre, Florida Studio Theatre, Circa ’21 Dinner Playhouse, and 7 summers with the UW-Platteville Heartland Festival. Also: DISNEY ON CLASSIC, a symphony concert tour of Japan with the Tokyo Philharmonic Orchestra.
ELLEN WINTERS REYNOLDS just closed a critically-acclaimed Chicago run of her new show “Ella Meets Mel: A Tribute with Johnny Rodgers and Ellen Winters.” While performing as a jazz and cabaret artist throughout the country, she also works as a clinician, adjudicator, and teacher. Ellen is Adjunct Faculty at Columbia College Chicago, where she teaches Music Theory, Techniques in Singing, and Private Voice, and is also on the Voice Faculty at Hartland Music.
Our Rising Star, HALEY GRIFFIN, is a senior at Arrowhead High School where she has been seen in ANNIE (Annie), SOUND OF MUSIC (Marta), HELLO DOLLY (Ernestina), A CHRISTMAS CAROL (Mrs. Scrooge), along with OKLAHOMA, SEUSSICAL, and CRAZY FOR YOU. She’s also the recipient of two Exemplary Awards in the WSMA Solo Ensemble singing competition.
