From Page to Stage

Ages 2 – 3
Saturdays 9:30 a.m. – 10:15 a.m.        $36
Ages 4 - 5
Saturdays 10:45 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.      $36
A creative dramatics approach to classic children's literature.  Each week is a new adventure for students as they bring a story to life with dramatization, crafts, singing, and creative movement all based on the story selected for that class.  Parents are encouraged to attend the 2 – 3 year old classes with students. The 4 – 5 year old class will showcase their work on the second to last and final session.  Taught by Erika Navin. min/max students 6/10

Theatre Explorers

Ages 6 – 8
Saturdays 9:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.        $48
Doesn’t every child want to go exploring.  What exciting mysteries might need to be solved?  Each week is a unique adventure as student’s imaginations take them on a journey to solve a new mystery.  Students will explore a different adventure each week through creative dramatics, theatre games and improvisations.  Parents and families are welcome to join us on our final adventure to observe your special explorer.  Taught by Doug Jarecki.  min/max students 6/10

Introduction to Acting

Ages 6 – 8
Mondays 4:15 p.m. – 5:15 p.m.          $48
This foundation class is the perfect introduction to the world of theatre.  Students will use theatre games and exercises to explore the basics of acting – warmups, stage directions, voice, movement, and improvisations while learning ensemble building skills and gaining self confidence.  Final class will showcase student’s work.  Taught by Doug Jarecki.  min/max students 6/10

Incredible Improv!

Ages 9 – 15
Monday 5:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.            $48
This class is designed to foster creative thinking through the art of improvisations, build confidence and to have a lot of un!  Challenging theatre games and exercises will be used to encourage each student’s creative and listening skills.  Final class will showcase student’s work.  Taught by Doug Jarecki.  Min/max 6/10

Action! Act!

Ages 6 – 8
Mondays & Wednesdays 4:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.         $48
Put your child in their own commercial.  Throughout the session students will use theater games and acting exercises to hone their skills.  Then students will develop ideas for their own commercials, creating their own original product to sell. Using only the kids’ ideas, the instructor will put their work into a commercial script.  On the last class, students will give a live performance of their commercial for family and friends. Taught by Doug Jarecki.  min/max students 6/10

Acting Adventures

Ages 9 – 15
Monday & Wednesdays 5:45p.m. – 6:45p.m.            $48
Join this exciting ensemble class.  Learn about the world of theater.  Children will enhance their creativity through theater games and exercises used to develop concentration, creativity and self confidence.  Students will work on performing an original skit for their final class.   Taught by Doug Jarecki.  Min/max 6/10
