Entertainment book coupons, Gift Certificates, Gift Vouchers, LivingSocial coupons, Groupons, PBS Member cards and IMS barter cards CANNOT be redeemed online.
Gift Certificates, PBS Member Cards, and Entertainment Book Coupons cannot be processed over the phone. Patrons can either stop by the box office or mail the coupon/certificate to The Playhouse. All vouchers must be presented to the box office in order to redeem tickets from Will Call.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. The Playhouse does not issue refunds or online credit for unused or unwanted tickets. Exchanges for different performances of the same show can be made up to 48 hours prior to the performance by returning your tickets to the Box Office. No refunds will be given for performances cancelled due to inclement weather. All titles are subject to availability.
We accept cash, check, Visa and Mastercard in person during Box Office hours. For orders over the phone or online we accept Visa and Mastercard.
All individual tickets purchased over the phone will be charged a $1.00 per ticket phone order fee.
All individual tickets purchased online are charged a $3.00 per-ticket service fee.
Why charge a service fee?
These service fees are in place so we can continue to provide these convenient ordering methods. The service fees cover our cost to our parent ticketing software company, Vendini Inc.
