Sunset Playhouse Ticket Policies
- Tickets are non-refundable.
- Tickets may be exchanged for any other performance of the same play, subject to availability.
- Exchanges must be made more than two days prior to your scheduled performance.
- All titles are subject to availability.
- Sunset Playhouse reserves the right to change productions if necessary.
- All tickets ordered by telephone must be charged to a Master Card of VISA number. The tickets will be charged directly to your charge card. There is no additional fee for using your charge card.
- All tickets being held by the box office must be picked up 10 minutes prior to the curtain time.
- Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the house staff.
- Tickets purchased online are subject to a $2.50 per ticket processing fee for tickets under $20, $3.50 per ticket for tickets valued at $20 and higher.
- Tickets are available online until 2 days before the performance. After that they need to be purchased by phone or at the box office
